Insurance Coverage:<\/strong>\u00a0The Association is a single family community. The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY. In addition to the property coverage on any structures, the Association also maintains liability and D&O coverage.<\/p>\n

Action Requests:<\/strong>\u00a0Please note that all requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted online under the \u201ccontact us\u201d tab at the top or written\u00a0and mailed to our office. For emergencies please contact our office at (336) 288-4944.<\/p>\n

Architectural Control:<\/strong>\u00a0Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home must receive prior approval from the Association. Forms are below.\u00a0Please allow 30 days for the approval process.<\/p>\n

Trash Collection:<\/strong>\u00a0Trash and recycling is picked up by the City of High Point on Thursday of each week. Toters should be stored out of view of the home when not out on trash day.<\/p>\n
