Polo Farms Homeowners Association General Overview of Clubhouse Basic Rules<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Use restrictions:<\/strong>
\n a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All Association dues must be current for a homeowner to use or reserve the clubhouse facilities.<\/strong>
\n b.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Use of the clubhouse is restricted to Association members only.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Hours of use are:<\/strong>
\n\u00a0 \u00a0Sunday through Thursday 6:00AM to 10:00PM<\/strong>
\n\u00a0 \u00a0Friday & Saturday 6:00AM to 12:00 Midnight (New Years Exception only)<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Smoking:<\/strong>
\n All areas of the interior of the clubhouse have been designated \u201c NO SMOKING \u201d areas.\u00a0 Smoking is permitted only on the outside<\/u> of the building.\u00a0 Please ensure cigarettes are extinguished<\/u> after use and dispose of properly.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 Reserving the Clubhouse:<\/strong>
\n a.\u00a0\u00a0 Reservations for the clubhouse are taken by Lambeth Management\u00a0during regular business hours. FORM IS BELOW\u00a0<\/strong>
\n b.\u00a0\u00a0 Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.<\/strong>
\n c.\u00a0\u00a0 Open parties with no fixed amount of attendees are prohibited (i.e. open to the general public for a fee. Refer to 4.d also.)<\/strong>
\n d.\u00a0\u00a0 Parties of more than 100 people must be approved by the Board of Directors in writing.<\/strong>
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 General Information:<\/strong>
\n a.\u00a0\u00a0 Trash must be disposed of properly.<\/strong>
\n b.\u00a0\u00a0 The use of narcotics is prohibited. Consumption of alcohol must comply with all federal, state, and county laws. No alcohol can be offered for sale while on the Association property.<\/strong><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0\u00a0 REMEMBER THAT ALL OF THE POLO FARMS HOMEOWNERS<\/u> OWN THE CLUBHOUSE.<\/em>\u00a0 Misuse of the clubhouse will eventually cost all the homeowners.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

RESERVATION REQUEST FORM<\/strong><\/p>\n

Refundable deposit of $150 is required for all reservations to cover any additional cleanup that has to be done as a result of the resident not performing the required cleaning.\u00a0 This does not include trash removal.\u00a0 You must remove trash from the premises the day of the function.\u00a0 Any function with over 100 guests must be approved by the Board of Directors.\u00a0 PLEASE CHECK THE CLUBHOUSE PRIOR TO YOUR RENTAL DAY TO ENSURE ALL IS IN ORDER.<\/p>\n

Check must be payable to The Polo Farms HOA and mailed to Lambeth Management.<\/p>\n

Your refundable deposit of $150 is subject to the inspection of the clubhouse.\u00a0 If it is determined that you left the clubhouse clean, your $150 check will be returned to you by mail or shredded.\u00a0 If it is determined that you did not leave the clubhouse clean, the $150 check will be used to cover the cost of cleaning the clubhouse.<\/p>\n

**BEGINNING MARCH 1, 2020: Each household may rent the clubhouse 2x per year at no charge (refundable deposit required). After 2 usages in that calendar year, there is a cost of $100\/rental.<\/p>\n

THE POOL CAN NOT BE RESERVED FOR PRIVATE EVENTS, CLUBHOUSE ONLY<\/p>\n

I have read the \u201cPolo Farms\u00a0Clubhouse Rules\u201d and understand its content, agree to meet the requirements, and agree that in the event of any dispute decision by the Association Board of Directors is final.<\/strong><\/p>\n
