The Association maintains insurance on the buildings and common areas. In addition to the property coverage , the Association also maintains general liability and Directors &amp; Officers (D&amp;O) coverage. Homeowners\/residents should have an HO-6 policy to cover the interior. Homeowners should contact their insurance agent to be sure that they have proper coverage.<\/p>\n<p>HOA insurance: Encore &#8211; Erie Insurance; agent: Lori Roney (336) 228-9200, policy: Q61-0462444<\/p>\n<p><strong>Termite and Pest Coverage:<\/strong>\u00a0The HOA has an annual termite inspection done. Also, pest control is done quarterly by Terminix. If a resident needs any service between the scheduled service, please call Terminix directly &#8211; the charge is $35.00 to the resident for additional service. 336-884-8021<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maintenance Requests:<\/strong>\u00a0Please note that all maintenance requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted on line through the contact us option at the top of the page or\u00a0written\u00a0and mailed to our office. For emergencies (roof leaks \/ water leaks) please contact our office at (336) 288-4944.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LAUNDRY MACHINE ISSUES: <\/strong>For any issues with the laundry machines, <strong>you must report them directly to CSC Serviceworks<\/strong>. You can download the CSC Service app. It can read the license plat on the front of the machine and then you can select the issue from a drop down\u00a0 menu to report. You may also call them directly at: 844-272-9675<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trash Collection:<\/strong>\u00a0Trash collection is performed by the City of\u00a0High Point on Wednesday each week. Please make sure all trash is placed inside the dumpsters in sealed bags.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Architectural Control:<\/strong>\u00a0Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your town home must receive prior approval from the Association.
