The Association maintains insurance on common areas ONLY. In addition to the property coverage on any common area buildings, the Association also maintains general liability and Directors &amp; Officers (D&amp;O) coverage. Homeowners own their home and should maintain fire &amp; extended insurance coverage on their unit and personal property by obtaining a HO-3 policy. For emergencies (roof leaks \/ water leaks) please contact our office at (336) 288-4944.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Termite Coverage:<\/strong> The Association maintains a\u00a0 contract with Terminix. This contract provides coverage for termite inspections, damages and pest control.\u00a0<strong>Homeowners requiring pest control services must contact Terminix directly at 336-621-7070.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trash Collection:<\/strong> Trash collection is performed by the City of Greensboro on Tuesday of each week. Trash receptacles should be placed at the front of your home on the morning of collection and removed the same day. Recycling and bulk items are picked up every other week on Tuesday (red week). Check the City of Greensboro website for more information.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Snow Removal Policy\u00a0<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nSnow removal plan for\u00a0your community is as follows:<br \/>\nStreets and sidewalks to be cleared by vendor with accumulation of more than 4&#8243; once the precipitation stops. Please be aware that vendors may not have immediate access.
