Homeowner Dues:\u00a0<\/strong>Dues of $137.00 are charged and due on the first day of each quarter (Jan, April, July, Oct). \u00a0Payment Options<\/a><\/p>\n

Late Fee:\u00a0<\/strong>There is a grace period to the last day of the month. Any balance due after 30 days are charged a late fee.<\/p>\n

Insurance Coverage:<\/strong>\u00a0The Association is a single family community. The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY. In addition to the property coverage on any structures, the Association also maintains liability and D&O coverage.<\/p>\n

Action Requests:<\/strong>\u00a0Please note that all requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted online under the “contact us” tab at the top or written\u00a0and mailed to our office. For emergencies please contact our office at (336) 288-4944.<\/p>\n

Architectural Control:<\/strong>\u00a0Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home must receive prior approval from the Association. Forms are below.\u00a0Please allow 30 days for the approval process.<\/p>\n

Trash Collection:<\/strong> Trash collection is performed by Republic Services on Friday of each week. Trash receptacles should be placed in front of your home on the morning of collection (by 7 a. m.) and removed the same day. Recycling is collected every other Friday. Please contact Republic Services to set up service and receive carts: 336-724-0842 or republicservices.com\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
