Invoices are sent out in December and June. <a href=\"https:\/\/lambethmanagement.com\/?page_id=72\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Payment Options<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Late Fee:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0A $20.00 late fee will be charged on the last day of February and the last day of August for any unpaid dues balance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insurance Coverage<\/strong>: The Association is a single family community. The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY. In addition to the property coverage on any structures, the Association also maintains liability and D&amp;O coverage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Action Requests: <\/strong>Please note that all \u00a0requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted online under the &#8220;contact us&#8221; tab at the top or written and mailed\u00a0to our office. For emergencies please contact our office at (336) 288-4944.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trash Collection<\/strong>: Trash collection is performed by the City of High Point on Thursday of each week. Trash receptacles should be placed at the front of your home on the morning of collection and removed the same day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Architectural Control<\/strong>: <strong>Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home must receive prior approval from the Association<\/strong>. \u00a0Forms are below.
