Homeowners own their homes and should maintain fire &amp; extended insurance coverage on their unit and personal property by obtaining an HO-3 policy. Homeowners should contact their insurance agent to be sure that they have proper coverage. <em><strong>For the townhomes:<\/strong><\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em>the Association maintains insurance on the buildings. Homeowners should carry an HO-6 policy to cover the interiors and contents. The master policy deductible is $2,500.
