Checks should be made payable to Collybrook HOA.<\/p>\n<p>*There are 4 lots with off site septic that pay $93.00\/month<\/p>\n<p>For payment options or payment address: <a href=\"https:\/\/lambethmanagement.com\/?page_id=72\">Payment Options<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Late Fees:\u00a0<\/strong>A late fee of $20.00 is charged on the last day of the month for any dues not paid in full.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insurance Coverage:<\/strong> The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY. In addition to the common area coverage, the Association also maintains liability and D&amp;O coverage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Action\u00a0Requests:<\/strong> Please note that all \u00a0requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted online through the &#8220;contact us&#8221; tab above or written\u00a0and mailed to our office. For emergencies please contact our office at (336) 288-4944.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Swimming Pool:<\/strong> The pool opens in May and closes in September. A key fob to the pool gate may be obtained by contacting our office. All owners need to be current in their dues to use the pool. <a href=\"https:\/\/lambethmanagement.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Collybrooke-Pool-Rules-5.3.24.pdf\">Pool Rules 5.3.24<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trash Collection:\u00a0<\/strong>Trash collection is on Friday each week. Trash bins should be placed out no earlier than the evening prior to pick up and returned by the evening on the day of pick up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Architectural Control:<\/strong> Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home must receive prior approval from the Association.
