Homeowner Dues:<\/strong> Dues are charged and due on the 1st day of each quarter. Dues are $59.50 per quarter. <\/strong>\u00a0For payment options or address: Making Payment<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

Late Fee: <\/strong>A late fee of $5.00 will be charged on the last day of the month for any unpaid dues balance.<\/p>\n

Insurance Coverage:<\/strong>\u00a0 The Association maintains insurance on common areas ONLY. Homeowners own their homes and should maintain fire & extended insurance coverage on their homes and personal property by obtaining an HO-3 policy. Homeowners should contact their insurance agent to be sure that they have proper coverage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to the property coverage on any common area structures, the Association also maintains general liability and Directors & Officers (D&O) coverage.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maintenance Requests:<\/strong> Please note that all maintenance requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted at:\u00a0Contact Us<\/a> or written and mailed to our office. For emergencies please contact 911 as needed and our office at (336) 288-4944.<\/p>\n

Trash Collection:\u00a0<\/strong>Trash pick up is on Thursday each week by the City of Greensboro. For information on trash pick up, recycle days, yard waste, and bulk pick up, please see the City of Greensboro’s Web Site<\/a><\/p>\n

Architectural Control:<\/strong> Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home must receive prior approval from the Association. Forms are below. Please allow 30 days for the approval process.<\/p>\n
