The Association maintains insurance on the buildings and common areas. In addition to the property coverage , the Association also maintains general liability and Directors &amp; Officers (D&amp;O) coverage. Homeowners\/residents should have an HO-6 policy to cover the interior. Homeowners should contact their insurance agent to be sure that they have proper coverage.<\/p>\n<p>HOA insurance:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Termite and Pest Coverage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Maintenance Requests:<\/strong>\u00a0Please note that all maintenance requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted on line through the contact us option at the top of the page or\u00a0written\u00a0and mailed to our office. For emergencies (roof leaks \/ water leaks) please contact our office at (336) 288-4944.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trash Collection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Architectural Control:<\/strong>\u00a0Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your town home must receive prior approval from the Association.
