Homeowner Dues:<\/strong> Monthly dues are charged on the 1st or each month and must be paid prior to the last day of the month to avoid late fees being charged.<\/p>\n

Insurance Coverage:<\/strong> The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY. In addition to the common area coverage, the Association also maintains liability and D&O coverage.<\/p>\n

Action\u00a0Requests:<\/strong> Please note that all \u00a0requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted online through the “contact us” tab above or written\u00a0and mailed to our office. For emergencies please contact our office at (336) 288-4944.<\/p>\n

Swimming Pool:<\/strong> The pool opens in May and closes in September. A key to the pool gate may be obtained by contacting our office. All owners need to be current in their dues to use the pool. Pool Rules<\/a><\/p>\n

Trash Collection:\u00a0<\/strong>The City of Greensboro picks up trash on Thursday each week. Recycling and Bulky waste is every other Thursday (blue week).<\/p>\n

Architectural Control:<\/strong> Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home must receive prior approval from the Association. Forms are below.\u00a0Please allow 30 days for the approval process.<\/p>\n

RIGHT TO INITIATE MEDIATION:\u00a0<\/strong>Pursuant to\u00a0N.C.G.S. \u00a7 7A-38.3F<\/a>, members are notified that they may initiate mediation to try to resolve a dispute with the association; however, the association may decline mediation.\u00a0 Any costs of mediation, including the mediator\u2019s fees, shall be shared equally by the parties.\u00a0 (NOTE: Disputes related solely to a member\u2019s failure to timely pay an association assessment or any fines or fees associated with the levying or collection of an association assessment are not covered by the mediation statute.)<\/p>\n\n\n
