We did not receive the required 67% YES votes to pass the proposed amendment.<\/p>\n<p>At the community meeting that was held on April 16th, the membership discussed different ideas and was in favor or presenting a questionnaire to the community prior to any further amendments being presented.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Currently, the governing documents allow leasing of homes in the community. The only restrictions include: * leases must be in writing * must provide that the a lessee shall be subject in all respects to the governing documents * leases must be for at least 12 months in
