Dues are $900.00 per quarter. They are charged and due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st. Invoices are sent prior to the due date. <a href=\"https:\/\/lambethmanagement.com\/?page_id=72\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Payment Options<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Late Fee:\u00a0<\/strong>A late fee of $20.00 is charged on the last day of the month for any account with a balance due.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insurance Coverage<\/strong>: The Association is a town home community. The Association maintains insurance on common areas ONLY. In addition to the property coverage on any common area buildings, the Association also maintains general liability and Directors &amp; Officers (D&amp;O) coverage. Homeowners own their home and should maintain fire &amp; extended insurance coverage on their unit and personal property by obtaining a HO-3 policy. Homeowners should contact their insurance agent to be sure that they have proper coverage.\u00a0<strong>Owners must provide proof of insurance to Lambeth Management.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Maintenance Requests:<\/strong> Please note that all maintenance requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted online under the &#8220;contact us&#8221; tab above or written\u00a0and mailed to our office. For emergencies (roof leaks \/ water leaks) please contact our office at (336) 288-4944.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trash Collection:<\/strong> Trash collection is performed by the City of High Point each Wednesday. Recycling is every other Wednesday.
