There is a grace period to March 31st when a $20.00 late fee is charged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Architectural Control:<\/strong> Any changes to the outside of the home or additions require prior written approval of the Association as specified in the Declaration. Forms are below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insurance coverage:<\/strong> is maintained by the Association on the common areas only. Polo Trails is a single-family community where homeowners own their own home and should maintain insurance coverage on their home and personal property by obtaining an HO-3 policy. In addition to the property coverage for common areas, the Association also maintains liability and D&amp;O coverage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service request forms:<\/strong> All requests (other than emergency) are to be submitted in writing for review and action.
