Homeowner Dues:<\/strong> Monthly dues in the amount of $98.00 are due and payable on the 1st of each month. Checks should be made payable to Streamside HOA. Coupon books are provided upon request only\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>by submitting this form or contacting LMR: Coupon Payment Booklet Request<\/a><\/p>\n

Late Fee:\u00a0<\/strong>A $20.00 late fee is charged on the last day of the month for any account with a balance due.<\/p>\n

Insurance Coverage:<\/strong> The Association is a single family community. The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY. In addition to the property coverage on any structures, the Association also maintains liability and D&O coverage.<\/p>\n

Action Requests:<\/strong> All HOA requests\/concerns should be directed to the HOA Board: StreamsideHOA@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Trash Collection:<\/strong> Trash collection is performed by the City of Greensboro on Tuesday of each week. Trash receptacles should be placed at the front of your home on the morning of collection and removed the same day. Recycling and bulk items are picked up every other week on Tuesday (red week). Contact\u00a0the City of Greensboro for more information.<\/p>\n

Architectural Control:<\/strong> Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home must receive prior approval from the Association. Please contact the HOA Board at: StreamsideHOA@gmail.com<\/a> for approval of requests.<\/p>\n

Lawn Maintenance:<\/strong> The Association is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of each individual lot and the common area. \u00a0If you have a concern or question, please contact\u00a0the Board of Directors:\u00a0StreamsideHOA@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n
