Homeowner Dues: Quarterly dues in the amount of $105.00 are due and payable on the 1st of each quarter (January, April, July, October). Checks should be made payable to Ashton Oaks HOA. Late Fees: A late fee of $15.00 is charged at the end of the month after the due date on accounts that are overdue (January 31st, April 30th, July 31st, October 31st).

Mailboxes:  All mailboxes must be consistent with the existing mailboxes in the community. All mailboxes must match. StreetScapes & Window Works may be able to match the mailboxes in the community for owners needing replacement: (336) 946-2164.

Insurance Coverage: The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY. In addition to the common area coverage, the Association also maintains liability and D&O coverage.

Action Requests: Please note that all requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted on line mailed to our office. For emergencies please contact our office at 288-4944.

Trash Collection: Trash collection and recycling is performed by the City of High Point on Thursday of each week. Any yard clippings should also be bagged for pickup. Please do not dump these on a vacant lot. Trash receptacles are available from the City of High Point for a fee. They should be place at the front of your home by 7a.m. on the morning of collection or after 6p.m. the evening before. All receptacles should be removed the same day.

Architectural Control: Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home must receive prior approval from the Association. Such items include landscaping, fences, changes to paint color, etc. Please see Declarations of Covenant Article 5, Section 1 for complete guidelines. Please note that above ground pools are not permitted in the neighborhood (article 7, section 17 of the declarations). Forms are available at the top of the page. Please allow 30 days for the approval process.

Parking or storage of vehicles: Boats, trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, and campers may be parked or stored ONLY in garages or screened from the adjacent street. RVs can be parked for no more than 48 hours on an occasional basis (article 8, section 9 of the declaration).

MEMBERS ONLY ACCESS: Only Homeowners of Ashton Oaks can access the “Members Only” area. To access this area, you will need to register on the website:

  • Go to www.Ashton-Oaks.com
  • Select the “Members Only” button on the left side of the page
  • At the Member Login page, select “Register Here”
  • Fill in the required information – In the space next to “Homeowner Code”, enter HOA2000
  • After you select the “Join Now” button, an email will be sent to you with your random generated password. You must select the link in the email in order to activate your account. You will have the ability to change your password once you or logged in.

RIGHT TO INITIATE MEDIATION: Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 7A-38.3F, members are notified that they may initiate mediation to try to resolve a dispute with the association; however, the association may decline mediation.  Any costs of mediation, including the mediator’s fees, shall be shared equally by the parties.  (NOTE: Disputes related solely to a member’s failure to timely pay an association assessment or any fines or fees associated with the levying or collection of an association assessment are not covered by the mediation statute.)
