Our management style places emphasis on accurate and timely bookkeeping, property inspections and supervision, close attention to collections, follow up on delinquent accounts, keeping maintenance requests and correspondence up to date, updating association records on a daily basis, providing quality maintenance work and returning all phone calls and emails from homeowners in a prompt and professional manner.
Our management style is pro-active. One area of association management that sets us apart from our competition is the time we spend at our properties conducting inspections. In our discussions with contractors and vendors, we find that we consistently out perform our competition in all areas of property supervision. We are on site conducting inspections, meeting with contractors, reviewing work in progress, walking the grounds with the lawn maintenance supervisor, inspecting work before payment is made and inspecting maintenance work performed. The amount of time that the manager spends on the property is evident by its overall appearance.
