1. Use restrictions: a. All Association dues must be current for a homeowner to use or reserve the clubhouse facilities. b. Use of the clubhouse is restricted to Association members only. 2. Hours of use are: 3. Smoking: 4. Reserving the Clubhouse: 6. REMEMBER THAT ALL OF THE POLO FARMS HOMEOWNERS OWN THE CLUBHOUSE. Misuse of the clubhouse will eventually cost all the homeowners. |
RESERVATION REQUEST FORM
Refundable deposit of $150 is required for all reservations to cover any additional cleanup that has to be done as a result of the resident not performing the required cleaning. This does not include trash removal. You must remove trash from the premises the day of the function. Any function with over 100 guests must be approved by the Board of Directors. PLEASE CHECK THE CLUBHOUSE PRIOR TO YOUR RENTAL DAY TO ENSURE ALL IS IN ORDER.
Check must be payable to The Polo Farms HOA and mailed to Lambeth Management.
Your refundable deposit of $150 is subject to the inspection of the clubhouse. If it is determined that you left the clubhouse clean, your $150 check will be returned to you by mail or shredded. If it is determined that you did not leave the clubhouse clean, the $150 check will be used to cover the cost of cleaning the clubhouse.
**BEGINNING MARCH 1, 2020: Each household may rent the clubhouse 2x per year at no charge (refundable deposit required). After 2 usages in that calendar year, there is a cost of $100/rental.

I have read the “Polo Farms Clubhouse Rules” and understand its content, agree to meet the requirements, and agree that in the event of any dispute decision by the Association Board of Directors is final.
