Clubhouse rental is based on the number of guests:
25 or fewer: $50.00
26-50: $75.00
51-120: $100

Deposit: There is a $250.00 refundable deposit required

The Clubhouse rental fee is fully refundable with at least 14 day notice. If notice of less than 14 days is given a $25.00 service fee will be withheld. Any checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged the rental fee, including but not limited to bank fees, attorney fees, and other fees as appropriate.

The renter shall have the opportunity to inspect the clubhouse prior to their event. Any damage that the renter does not want to be responsible for should be pointed out to the clubhouse chairperson / board member prior to the rental.

Following the event arrangements will be made for the clubhouse to be inspected. Any damage will be the responsibility of the renter. The cost of repairs exceeding the Security Deposit will be billed to the renter.

All doors MUST be securely locked when you leave the clubhouse. Please note: the right hand door must be latched at the top and bottom of the door to secure it. Failure to securely lock the clubhouse would result in the renter being responsible for any damage/theft which occurs after you leave.

The individual reserving the clubhouse must be present for the entire event.

The event is subject to inspection or attendance by a Board member, Clubhouse chairperson, or designee, any infractions of the rules can result in immediate termination of the event. (In such a case, the rental deposit is forfeited). Subsequent reports on rule infractions may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and subject to having rental privileges suspended following investigation.

I have read the “Oak Ridge Meadows Rental Policy” and understand its content, agree to meet the requirements, and agree that in the event of any dispute decision by the Association Board of Directors is final.
