Jordan’s Watch at Jamestown HOA

Homeowner Dues: Dues are $420 per year and are charged and due on the 1st of each year. Invoices are sent out in the month prior to the due date.

Insurance Coverage: The Association is a single family community. The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY, as well as liability and Directors & Officers coverage.

Action Requests: Please note that all requests MUST be submitted to the HOA Board of Directors either by hardcopy or by emailing to one or all HOA Board of Directors.   For emergencies please contact the Lambeth Management office at (336) 288-4944.

Architectural Control: Any changes or modifications to your property/lot or exterior of your home as described in the Declaration must receive prior approval from the HOA Board of Directors.  All requests MUST be submitted using the “Architectural Request Form – General” (provided below under “Forms”) to the HOA Board of Directors either by hardcopy or by emailing to one or all the HOA Board of Directors.  Please allow 45 days for the approval process.

Trash Collection: Trash AND recycle is picked up by the town of Jamestown on Wednesday of each week. Both trash and recycle bins should be placed by the curb facing out early in the morning.  Trash and recycling bins should be stored out of view from the street when not out on trash day.  Brushes and tree limbs are picked up by the town of Jamestown on Thursday of each week.

RIGHT TO INITIATE MEDIATION: Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 7A-38.3F, members are notified that they may initiate mediation to try to resolve a dispute with the association; however, the association may decline mediation.  Any costs of mediation, including the mediator’s fees, shall be shared equally by the parties.  (NOTE: Disputes related solely to a member’s failure to timely pay an association assessment or any fines or fees associated with the levying or collection of an association assessment are not covered by the mediation statute.)
