Homeowner Dues: Dues are $240.00 per month. Dues are charged and due on the 1st of each month with a grace period to the last day of the month. Late Fees: A late fee of $20.00 is charged to all accounts owing at least one month’s dues or greater at the end of the last day of each month.
Pool: The pool opens in May and closes in September. Pool Rules
Pest Control: The HOA pays for pest control for owners/residents. If you have having a pest issue, please contact Terminix at (336) 643-2154 to schedule an appointment with them. Services are offered on Mondays between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm.
Insurance Coverage: The Association is a town home community. The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY as well as D&O coverage. Homeowners own their home and should maintain fire & extended insurance coverage on their unit and personal property by obtaining an HO-3 policy. Homeowners should contact their insurance agent to be sure that they have proper coverage.
The HOA’s Insurance is carried with State Farm, Bryan Everly, (336) 441-5027. Policy is listed under: Brookglen Homeowners Association #93-02-7195-3.
Action Requests: Please note that all maintenance requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted online under the “contact us” tab above or written and mailed to our office. For emergencies please contact our office at (336) 288-4944.
Trash Collection: Trash collection is performed by the City of Greensboro on Tuesday of each week. Recycling and bulk items are picked up every other week on Tuesday (red week). All trash and recycle items should be placed inside the receptacles located in the trash enclosures on the property. Check the City of Greensboro website for more information.
Architectural Control: Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home must receive prior approval from the Association. Click on the button to the right for the necessary form and information. Please allow 30 days for the approval process.

If the red is color matched at another supplier, it must be approved by the Board first.
RIGHT TO INITIATE MEDIATION: Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 7A-38.3F, members are notified that they may initiate mediation to try to resolve a dispute with the association; however, the association may decline mediation. Any costs of mediation, including the mediator’s fees, shall be shared equally by the parties. (NOTE: Disputes related solely to a member’s failure to timely pay an association assessment or any fines or fees associated with the levying or collection of an association assessment are not covered by the mediation statute.)
