Cottesmore HOA (single family homes)

Homeowner Dues: Monthly dues in the amount of $48.00 are due and payable on the 1st of each month. Checks should be made payable to Cottesmore HOA. Coupon books are provided upon request only by submitting this form or contacting LMR: Coupon Payment Booklet Request 

Late Fees: A late fee of $5.00 is charged on the last day of the month. Late fees are charged on all accounts with a delinquent balance equal to or greater than one month’s dues. Statements are mailed out each month on all delinquent accounts.

Pool and Tennis Court Information: The pool and tennis courts are maintained/operated by the Cottesmore Master Association.

  • Pool fobs are no longer programmed or distributed from the HOAM,Inc. office. The Cottesmore Master Board has all the key fobs on site and will be handling this process moving forward.
  • The Board has arranged two additional mass fob distribution dates for anyone who was unable to attend the last distribution. The Board will be set up at the pool area on:
  1. Saturday, May 10 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
  2. Saturday, May 17 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
  • After the dates mentioned above, if you need a replacement fob for your home, please send an email to [email protected] or [email protected]Please be sure to include your name and address within your email, as well as a good phone number we can reach you at. We will forward those emails to the Board, and a Board Member will coordinate with you as soon as they can do so.
  • Only one fob per household will be permitted, and the fob will work on both the pool and tennis court gates now.
  • If you rent your home or unit out, you will need to ensure that your fob is provided to your tenants. If you wish to allow your tenant to obtain a replacement fob when/if necessary, you will need to send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] that provides your name, your home’s address in Cottesmore, and the name(s) and contact information for the tenant(s) you authorize to obtain your fob.

Insurance Coverage: The Association is a single family community. The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY. In addition to the property coverage on any structures, the Association also maintains liability and D&O coverage.

Action Requests: Please note that all  requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted online under the “contact us” tab above or written and mailed to our office. For emergencies please contact our office at (336) 288-4944.

Trash Collection: Trash collection is performed by the City of High Point on Thursday of each week. Trash receptacles should be placed at the front of your home on the morning of collection and removed the same day. Trash Can Guidelines

RIGHT TO INITIATE MEDIATION: Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 7A-38.3F, members are notified that they may initiate mediation to try to resolve a dispute with the association; however, the association may decline mediation.  Any costs of mediation, including the mediator’s fees, shall be shared equally by the parties.  (NOTE: Disputes related solely to a member’s failure to timely pay an association assessment or any fines or fees associated with the levying or collection of an association assessment are not covered by the mediation statute.)
